Explanation :

TrojanDownloader:ASX/Wimad.N is a detection for malicious Windows media files that are used to encourage users to download and execute arbitrary files on an affected machine. When run using Windows Media Player, these malicious files open a particular link to download other malware.

There are no common symptoms associated with this threat. Alert notifications from installed antivirus software may be the only symptom(s).

TrojanDownloader:ASX/Wimad.N is a detection for malicious Windows media files that are used to encourage users to download and execute arbitrary files on an affected machine. When run using Windows Media Player, these malicious files open a particular link to download other malware.
In the wild, these URLs have been observed to direct users to download and run a file. The files are observed to have such extensions as .MP3 .ASF .WMA and .ASX, using many different and enticing names.
