A security issue affects these releases of Ubuntu and its derivatives:

- Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
- Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Summary:

Moodle could be made to expose sensitive information over the
network.

Software Description:
- moodle: Moodle is a course management system

Details:

It was discovered that Moodle did not properly restrict URLs.
An authenticated user could possibly use this issue to perform a
server-side request forgery attack and expose sensitive information.

Update instructions:

The problem can be corrected by updating your system to the following
package versions:

Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
moodle 3.0.3+dfsg-0ubuntu1+esm1
Available with Ubuntu Pro

Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
moodle 3.0.3+dfsg-0ubuntu1+esm1
Available with Ubuntu Pro

In general, a standard system update will make all the necessary changes.
