DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in BigAnt Messenger,
which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection
attacks and by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

1) Input passed via "Account/Full Name" field when searching for
users is not properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query.
This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting
arbitrary SQL code.

2) An error in AntDS.exe when handling the filename header in SCH
requests can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow.

3) An error in AntDS.exe when handling the userid component in DUPF
requests can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 2.96. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
No official solution is currently available.
