DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Foswiki, which can be exploited
by malicious users to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to the application improperly
validating the "%MAKETEXT{}%" macro, which can be exploited to e.g.
cause excessive memory consumption by passing an overly large value
to the macro.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 1.0.0 through 1.0.10 and
1.1.0 through 1.1.6.

SOLUTION:
Apply hotfix or patch (please see the vendor's advisory for details).
