DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Cisco IOS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The security issue is caused due to an unspecified error related to a
custom login banner and SSH2 sessions. This can be exploited to reload
the device by establishing two SSH2 sessions.

Successful exploitation requires that a customized login banner is
configured by using the banner login message global configuration
command.

The security issue is reported in version 12.2(58)SE.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 12.2(58)SE1.
