DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Qemu, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users in a guest virtual machine to gain escalated
privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to the PIIX4 emulation allowing to
unplug non-hotpluggable PCI devices, which can be exploited to
dereference invalid memory and e.g. execute arbitrary code.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to trusted users only.
