DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Xen, which can be exploited by
malicious, local users in a guest virtual machine to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the oxenstored
daemon when handling Xenbus ring state content and can be exploited
to trigger an out-of-bounds read or exhaust system memory.

The vulnerability is reported in versions 4.1 and later.

SOLUTION:
Apply patch xsa38.patch.
