DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the MailformPlus extension for
TYPO3, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
cross-site scripting attacks.

Certain unspecified input is not properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

The vulnerability is reported in version 4.0.15 and prior.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.0.16 and the vendor recommends to switch to the
follow-up extension "formhandler" due to end of maintenance.
