DESCRIPTION:
Abdul-Aziz Hariri has discovered a vulnerability in Oracle Business
Intelligence, which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a
DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an integer overflow error in the
NQSMultiHeap.dll library when allocating memory. This can be
exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow by sending a TCP
packet containing a string with an overly long size to port 9703.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 10.1.3.2.1 and reported in
versions 10.1.3.4.1 and 11.1.1.3.

SOLUTION:
Apply fix (please see the vendor's advisory for details).

PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
