DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in FlexNet Publisher, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to unspecified errors within the
License Server Managers and vendor daemons related to saving and
loading log files. This can be exploited to upload malicious files to
an arbitrary location via directory traversal sequences.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.

The vulnerability is reported in version 11.10. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the affected service to trusted hosts only.
