DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in HP Business
Availability Center, which can be exploited by malicious users to
hijack a user's session and by malicious people to conduct cross-site
scripting and request forgery attacks.

1) Certain unspecified input is not properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

2) The application allows users to perform certain actions via HTTP
requests without performing any validity checks to verify the
requests. This can be exploited to perform certain unspecified
actions by tricking a logged in user into visiting a malicious web
site.

3) An unspecified error can be exploited to hijack a user's session.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 8.07 running on Windows
and Solaris.

SOLUTION:
Apply patches.
