DESCRIPTION:
IBM has acknowledged a weakness and multiple vulnerabilities in IBM
Rational AppScan, which can be exploited by malicious users to
disclose certain information and by malicious people to conduct
spoofing and cross-site scripting attacks, disclose potentially
sensitive information, hijack a user's session, conduct DNS cache
poisoning attacks, manipulate certain data, cause a DoS (Denial of
Service), and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) An error can be exploited to conduct spoofing and
Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks.

For more information see vulnerability #9 in:
SA48967

2) Two errors can be exploited to conduct spoofing and cross-site
scripting attacks.

For more information:

version of IBM Java.

For more information:
SA47464
SA48913

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions 8.0, 8.0.0.1, 8.0.0.2,
