DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in Oracle Database, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the command line based
export utility (exp.exe) when processing a parameter file (PARFILE).
This can be exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via an
overly long string assigned to the "file" parameter in a specially
crafted file.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code, but
requires tricking a user with access to a database to execute the
utility using a malicious parameter file.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 11.2.0.1.0 and reported in
version 10.x. Other versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not execute the export utility using untrusted files.
