DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Maia Mailguard, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

1) Input passed via the "charset" parameter to xlogin.php is not
properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be
exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

2) Input passed via the "new_mail" parameter to xadminusers.php and
the "newaddr" parameter to wblist.php is not properly sanitised
before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions prior to 1.0.2b.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.0.2b.

PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
1) Mario Lopez Jimenez, Buguroo Offensive Security.
2) Reported by the vendor.
