DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in CoCSoft Stream Down, which can
be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing a
server response during a download request and can be exploited to
cause a stack-based buffer overflow via an overly long string.

Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code, but
requires tricking a user into downloading a file from a malicious
server.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.8.0.0. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not download content from untrusted servers.
