DESCRIPTION:
Mike Arnold has reported a vulnerability in MapServer for Windows,
which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable
system.

The vulnerability is caused due some errors within the bundled Apache
and PHP configuration and can be exploited to include arbitrary files
from local resources and execute PHP code.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code with
SYSTEM privileges.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.0.5.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.0.5 or later.
