DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Linux SCSI target framework
(tgt), which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the
"iscsi_rx_handler()" function in usr/iscsi/iscsid.c, which can be
exploited to crash the tgtd daemon by sending specially crafted
network traffic.
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.0.14. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Fixed in the GIT repository.
