DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Alcatel-Lucent OmniPCX
Enterprise, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise
a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the Unified
Maintenance Tool web interface when parsing HTTP headers. This can be
exploited to cause a stack-based buffer overflow via a specially
crafted request.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code with
the privileges of the "mtcl" user.
SOLUTION:
Upgrade to version 9.1 or apply patch H1.301.50.
