DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in IBM WebSphere Message Broker,
which can be exploited by malicious, local users to perform certain
actions with escalated privileges.

The security issue is caused due to the application setting insecure
file system permissions on the uninstaller files and can be exploited
to overwrite files and execute programs with privileges of an
administrative user.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 8.0.0.2, 7.0.0.5,
and 6.1.0.11.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 8.0.0.2, 7.0.0.5, or 6.1.0.11 when it becomes
available.
