A vulnerability has been reported in Oracle WebLogic Server and
Oracle Event Processing, which can be exploited by malicious people
to bypass certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability has been reported in the following versions:
* Oracle WebLogic Server versions 9.2.4.0, 10.0.2.0, 10.3.5.0,
10.3.6.0, and 12.1.1.0.
* Oracle Event Processing versions 2.0, 11.1.1.4.0, and 11.1.1.6.0.
