DESCRIPTION:
Michele Orru has discovered multiple vulnerabilities in Alkacon
OpenCMS, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
cross-site scripting attacks.
Input passed via the "resourcelist" and "includerelated" parameters
to opencms/opencms/system/workplace/commons/report-locks.jsp and via
the "acttarget" parameter to
opencms/opencms/system/workplace/views/explorer/contextmenu.jsp (when
the "resourcelist" parameter is set) is not properly sanitised before
being returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in context
of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 7.5.3. Prior versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.5.4.
