DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the User Avatar plugin for
WordPress, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
vulnerable system.

Input passed via the "src" parameter in
wp-content/plugins/user-avatar/user-avatar-pic.php is not properly
verified before being used to cache files. This can be exploited to
upload and execute arbitrary PHP files.

This may be related to vulnerability #1 in:
SA45416

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 1.4.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.4.
