From: Microsoft(Warning: free but you have to do the validation process to download) runs a scan on computers (either local or remote, it can even scan the entire domain) for security issues. These can be everything from missing patches, users with admin rights, local admins, weak passwords to services like IIS runnning where they are not needed.
Running a scan with this tool is a good idea as part of a security checkup.
