A trojan, or trojan horse, is a seemingly legitimate program which secretly performs other, usually malicious, functions. It is usually user-initiated and does not replicate.

Additional DetailsTrojan:W32/Chinky (also known as Worm.Win32.VBNA) refers to a family of trojans that may download additional malware onto the affected computer. Variants in this family are server-side polymorphic, so that each infection caused by a variant is unique.

Variants in this family are also notable for having a worm-like functionality, in that they are capable of infecting new victims via infected removable media, such as USB thumb drives.
