SOLVED: How to open winmail.dat

Hi,

I got a mail from a friend,
and the only thing in it is winmail.dat. (and some small text)

I'm pretty sure it is not a virus.

How do I open this file?
I opened it with a text editor
there is some text but most is gibberish.

Set passsword with group policy

Hello,

does anyone know how I can change the password setting in group policy for a domain?

I'm using Windows Server 2012.

Thanks

Hi,

anyone knows how to get in the bios from a Acer laptop ?

I tried del-key and F2,

Is there a way find the version of the BIOS.
Without restarting the server?

Re: fetchmail: Missing trust anchor certificate:

It downloaded the mail but, the error message is still there:

Code: Select all

fetchmail: Missing trust anchor certificate
Perhaps it is because it is a self signed certificate?

Re: fetchmail: Missing trust anchor certificate:

I solved the problem by deleting a file in the home directory:

Code: Select all

rm /home/ME/.fetchids
Guese it somehow blocked the downloading of specific emails.

fetchmail: Missing trust anchor certificate:

Hello,

when I download mails with fetchmail,
I get the following error-message:
fetchmail: Missing trust anchor certificate:

It sees the mails on the server, but is not downloading them.
(But does download sometimes?)
