Explanation :

Once executed, the Trojan creates the following file:
%Temp%\_ms[RANDOM DIGITS].bat
Next the Trojan drops and executes an executable file such as an installer for a legitimate program.

The legitimate program is bundled with malware that is detected by Symantec as the following:
Backdoor.Miniduke!gen4
